血管性痴呆大鼠模型研究进展

Research Progress of Vascular Dementia Rat Model

目的在痴呆的研究中,血管性痴呆(vascular dementia,VD)动物模型被广泛应用于中医药和西医的研究,而该模型的应用常缺少一些重要环节,结合文献为该模型在研究中的应用提供有价值参考。方法从动物选择,造模前筛选,模型制备,模型鉴定,评定方法五方面展开论述。结果只有做好研究中的每一个环节,方能确保实验顺利而有序进行,最终得到可靠的实验结果。结论在VD动物实验研究中,要考虑到模型动物的选择,造模前动物的筛选,运用成熟的方法造模,以及造模完成后鉴定模型是否成功,最后进行实验评定。

Objective In the study of dementia,vascular dementia(VD)animal model is widely used in the study of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and the application of this model often lacks some important links.This review provides a valuable reference for the application of this model in the study.Methods This paper discusses five aspects:animal selection,screening before modeling,model preparation,model identification,and evaluation methods.Results Only by doing well in every link of the study can we ensure the smooth and orderly progress of the experiment and finally get reliable experimental results.Conclusion In the animal experimental study of vascular dementia,we should consider the selection of model animals,the screening of animals before modeling,the use of mature methods to model,and the identification of whether the model is successful after modeling,and finally carry out experimental evaluation.
