摘要 目的探讨天南星炮制前后特征成分间的差异。方法采用UPLC-UV结合UPLC-Q-TOF-MS技术研究天南星与制天南星中主要活性成分。结果含氮类化合物成分从生天南星鉴别出5个,从制天南星鉴别出3个;生天南星黄酮和制天南星黄酮紫外特征基本一致,从中鉴定出3个黄酮类成分,推断出9个黄酮类成分。结论天南星炮制前后化学成分存在差异,为天南星炮制提供一定的参考。 Objective To explore the differences of characteristic components of Aralia before and after processing.Methods UPLC-UV combined with UPLC-Q-TOF-MS technology was used to study the main active components in Aralia and its preparation.Results Five nitrogen-containing compounds were identified from the raw and three from the prepared Aralia;The UV characteristics of raw and processed Aralia flavonoids are basically the same,from which 3 flavonoids were identified and 9 flavonoids were inferred.Conclusion There are differences in chemical components before and after processing,which provides a certain reference for the processing of Aralia.
