摘要
井下节流阀常用于防止天然气水合物的形成,但节流效应同时改变了流体的温度、压力,而温度压力的变化对沥青质沉积具有重要影响。为明晰节流阀对沥青质沉积的影响,本研究采用PIPESIM模拟了井下节流阀不同安装位置、油嘴尺寸对沥青质沉积的影响。结果表明,节流阀对油井具有保压作用,使得阀前压力增加1~2 MPa;当节流阀油嘴大于油管内径43.26%时,节流效应微弱;将节流阀安装在油井泡点压力之前,流体压力突降有利于规避泡点压力所带来的沥青质大量沉积堵塞油井的风险,同时提高原油流速1.4倍。
Downhole chock are often used to prevent the formation of natural gas hydrate,but the throttling effect also changes the temperature and pressure of the fluid,and the change of temperature and pressure has an important influence on asphaltene deposition.In order to clarify the influence of chock valve on asphaltene deposition,PIPESIM was used to simulate the influence of different installation positions of chock valve and nozzle size on asphaltene deposition.The results show that the chock value has a pressure retaining effect on oil wells,which increases the pressure before the valve by 1~2 MPa.When the chock valve nozzle size is larger than 43.26%of the oil pipe diameter,the throttle effect is weak.Install the chock valve in oil well before the bubble pressure,the sudden drop of fluid pressure is beneficial to avoid the risk of a large amount of asphaltene deposition and blockage of oil well.At the same time,the flow rate of crude oil can be increased by 1.4 times.
