摘要
针对泡沫辅助减氧空气驱矿场试验地面注入系统存在的问题,在对气液两相混合注入技术进行研究的基础上,认为长庆油田的特殊地形不适合进行气液混注,需采用气液分注、井口混合的注入工艺。结合具体工程,对泡沫辅助减氧空气驱地面注入工艺按照站内、站外两部分进行了详细介绍,同时分析了其应用效果。相关注入工艺及设备功能的介绍对同类工程具有很好的指导作用。
Focus on the existing problems in field test of foam assisted oxygen-reducing air flooding injection system,and based on the research of gas-liquid two-phase mixed injection technology,it is considered that the special topography of Changqing oilfield is not suitable for gas-liquid mixed injection,the injection process need to adopt gas phase and liquid phase injection respectively and mingle at well head.Combination of specific projects,it introduces the surface injection process of foam assisted oxygen-reducing air flooding on two parts,inside and outside of the station,and analysis the application effect.The introduction of injection process and equipment function in this paper has a good guidance for the similar projects.
