课程思政视域下高职英语教师素质内涵提升路径研究--以菏泽医学专科学校为例

摘要 教师是课程的主导者、组织者和实施者,课程思政成效如何关键在教师。为探索提升高职英语教师素质内涵的路径,采用问卷调查法和访谈法进行研究,发现当前高职英语教师缺乏课程思政育人思维和缺乏课程思政育人能力。高职英语教师应具有坚定的政治方向、整合课程资源的能力,充分挖掘课程思政元素、组织课堂,把握思政融入时机、课后及时评价、反思育人成效等,从自身和外部支持两方面不断提升素质内涵,更好地实现立德树人根本任务。 Teachers are the leaders, organizers and implementers of the curriculum, and the key to the effectiveness of ideological and political education in curriculums lies in teachers. In order to explore the ways to improve the connotation of English teachers’ quality in higher vocational colleges, this paper uses the methods of questionnaire and interview and finds that current English teachers lack educating thinking and ability of ideological and political education in curriculum. English teachers should have firm political direction, the ability to integrate curriculum resources, fully tap the ideological and political elements of the curriculum, organize the classroom teaching, grasp the opportunity of ideological and political integration, timely evaluation after class, reflection on the effectiveness of education, etc., constantly improve the quality connotation with internal and external support, and better realize the fundamental task of Building Morality and Cultivating Talents.
