口腔预防保健数字化模拟健康教育对学龄前儿童口腔健康的影响

摘要 目的:探讨口腔预防保健数字化模拟健康教育对学龄前儿童口腔健康的影响。方法:将144例接受口腔检查的学龄前儿童按照自身随机交叉对照设计分为对照组69例和观察组75例,对照组行常规口腔健康教育,观察组行口腔预防保健数字化模拟健康教育。比较两组干预前后口腔健康知识掌握度、牙齿健康状况[采用牙龈指数(GI)和牙菌斑指数(PLI)]及口腔相关生活质量[幼儿口腔健康影响量表(ECOHIS中文版)]。结果:干预后,观察组口腔健康知识掌握度高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组GI、PLI评分均较干预前降低(P<0.01),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,两组ECOHIS各指标评分及总分均较干预前提高(P<0.01),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对学龄前儿童积极开展口腔预防保健数字化模拟健康教育,有助于儿童掌握口腔健康知识,改善牙齿健康状况,对提高儿童口腔相关生活质量具有重要意义。 Objective: To explore the effect of oral preventive care digital simulation health education on oral health among preschool children.Methods: A total of 144 cases of preschool children for oral cavity check in accordance with their own random cross reference design were divided into the control group with 69 cases and the observation group with 75 cases, the control group was given routine oral health education, the observation group was given oral preventive care digital simulation health education.Comparoson was made between the two groups before and after the intervention on oral health knowledge mastery degree, dental health by the gingival index(GI)and plaque index(PLI) and oral related quality of life by children′s oral health impact scale(ECOHIS Chinese version).Results: After the intervention, the oral health knowledge mastery degrees was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the GI and PLI scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.01),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After the intervention, the ECOHIS index scores and total scores were higher in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.01),and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Acive implementation of oral preventive care digital simulation health education among preschool children, can help their oral health knowledge mastery, improve their dental health conditions, which is of great significance for improving their oral related quality of life.
