摘要 目的:探讨Teach-back理论健康教育对结肠癌术后患者的影响。方法:选取2019年3月1日-2020年1月31日42例结肠癌新辅助化疗后行根治性手术及营养补充剂口服治疗患者纳入对照组,给予常规结肠癌术后护理;选取2020年2月1日-2021年3月31日42例结肠癌新辅助化疗后行根治性手术及营养补充剂口服治疗患者纳入观察组,在常规护理基础上实施Teach-back理论健康教育。比较两组干预效果。结果:两组出院时肠内营养认识评分、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分高于干预前(P<0.05),观察组出院时肠内营养认识评分、GSES评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出院时自我效能感水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出院3个月(余有效病例41例)营养补充剂口服依从性优于对照组(余有效病例40例)(P<0.05)、营养风险筛查2002(NRS 2002)评分低于对照组(余有效病例40例)(P<0.05);观察组出院3个月(余有效病例41例)癌症患者生活质量测定量表(EORTC-QLQ-C30)评分低于对照组(余有效病例40例)(P<0.05)。结论:Teach-back理论健康教育可有效改善结肠癌术后患者口服营养补充剂的依从性,提高其自我效能及生活质量。 Objective: To explore the effect of Teach-back theory health education in postoperative patients with colon cancer.Methods: During March 1,2019 to January 31,2020,42 patients who underwent colon cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy after radical surgery and oral nutritional supplements treatment were included in the control group, the control group was given regular colon cancer postoperative care.During February 1,2020 to March 31,2021,42 patients who underwent colon cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy after radical surgery and oral nutritional supplements treatment were included in the observation group, on the basis of conventional nursing, the observation group implemented Teach-back theory health education.Comparison was made between the two groups on intervention effect.Results: The enteral nutrition knowledge scores and general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores at discharge were higher in both groups than those before the intervention(P<0.05),the enteral nutrition knowledge scores and general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores at discharge were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self-efficacy level was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Three months after discharge, the nutritional supplements oral adherence was better in the observation group(with 41 available cases)than that in the control group(with 40 available cases)(P<0.05),the nutritional risk screening 2002(NRS 2002)scores were lower than those in the control group(with 40 available cases)(P<0.05).Three months after discharge, the quality of life determination scale for cancer patients(EORTC-QLQ-C30)scores were lower in the observation group(with 41 available cases)than those in the control group(with 40 available cases)(P<0.05).Conclusion: Teach-back theory health education can effectively improve the oral nutritional supplements compliance in postoperative patients with colon cancer, and improve their self-efficacy and quality of life.
