摘要
以羧甲基淀粉为原料作接枝聚合的母体,以丙烯酸为接枝聚合单体,氢氧化钠为丙烯酸中和剂,以过硫酸钾为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,在70℃条件下通过自由基接枝聚合反应制备高吸水树脂,最佳吸水率为3040 g/g。详细探究了实验过程的母体与单体的质量比、单体的中和度、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺的用量、过硫酸钾的用量对高吸水树脂吸水率的影响,发现羧甲基淀粉、丙烯酸、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺、过硫酸钾最佳质量配比为0.2∶1∶0.0014∶0.0028,丙烯酸中和度70%,同时对制备的高吸水树脂进行了结构表征。
In this paper,carboxymethyl starch was used as raw material,grafted and polymerized with acrylic acid and sodium acrylate under the action of initiator potassium persulfate,and crosslinked with N,N-methylene bis-acrylamide to prepare a super absorbent polymer with water absorption of 3040 times.The effects of the mass ratio of matrix to monomer,the neutralization degree of monomer,the amount of N,N-methylenebisacrylamide and the amount of potassium persulfate on the water absorption of super absorbent polymer were investigated in detail.It is found that the best mass ratio is matrix to monomer to crosslinking agent to initiator is 0.2∶1∶0.0014∶0.0028,and the neutralization degree of acrylic acid is 70%.Finally,the structure of the prepared super absorbent polymer was characterized.
