摘要
以猴头菇为试验材料,设计单因素试验,探讨料液比、超声时间、超声温度及提取次数四个因素对猴头菇总黄酮提取率的影响,设计四因素三水平正交试验探索超声波提取猴头菇总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。结果显示超声波提取猴头菇总黄酮的最优工艺为:料液比1∶20(g/mL)、超声时间90 min、超声温度70℃、提取次数为2次,总黄酮提取率为26.17%,RSD=2.38%。说明该超声波提取方法稳定可行,可用于猴头菇总黄酮的提取。
To explore the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Hericium erinaceus by ultrasonic,the Hericium erinaceus was used as the raw material,the optimum condition of ultrasonic assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Hericium erinaceus was studied.It had been researched that solid-liquid rate,ultrasonic time,the extraction temperature and extraction times had effected on extraction rate of total flavonoids from Hericium erinaceus by means single factor and orthogonal experiment method.The results showed that ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Hericium erinaceus had the best effect,and the optimal extraction conditions were solid-liquid rate 1∶20(g/mL),the ultrasonic time 90 min,the extraction temperature 70℃,and the extraction times 2,the yield of total flavonoids was 26.17%.It suggested that the extraction process was reasonable,and the results are reliable.
