摘要
精确检测生物标志物有助于提高肿瘤诊断的准确性,然而,传统的纳米探针总是检测单个生物标记物,无法保障检测的可信度和准确度。在此,设计了一种基于二氧化锰(MnO_(2))纳米片的双microRNAs(miRNAs)检测用双星探针,通过toehold调节的链置换反应来实现对两种内源性miRNAs的循环放大检测。双星探针可以同时检测不同波长的两个发射强度,这大大提高了检测的灵敏度和可控性。
Accurate detection of biomarkers is conductive to improve the sensitivity of tumor diagnosis.However,traditional nanoprobes always detect a single biomarker,which can not guarantee the reliability and accuracy of detection.Here,manganese dioxide(MnO_(2)) nanosheet-based binary star probe for dual microRNAs(miRNAs)detection is designed to realize the cyclic amplification analysis of dual intracellular miRNAs through toehold-mediated strand displacement reaction(TSDR).The binary star probe can monitor two emission intensities of different wavelengths at the same time,which greatly improves the sensitivity and controllability of the detection.
