摘要
根据国际海事组织规定,自2020年1月1日起,全球所有海域的船舶尾气必须达标排放,船舶或使用硫含量<0.5%的低硫船用燃料油或采用尾气脱硫措施。低硫船用燃料油质量的升级,对原油处理量低、加工路线单一的炼油企业是难得的发展机遇。本文重点研究了不同原油生产硫含量<0.5%的低硫船用燃料油的掺和方案,提出了生产低硫船用燃料油时的物料平衡措施,根据市场需求,稳定生产180#或380#目标产品,实现了企业的高质量转型发展。
According to the regulations of the international maritime organization,from January 1,2020,the ship exhaust of all sea areas in the world must meet the emission standards.Ships may use low sulfur marine fuel oil with sulfur content less than 0.5%or adopt tail gas desulfurization measures.The upgrading of low sulfur marine fuel oil quality is a rare development opportunity for oil refining enterprises with low crude oil processing capacity and single processing route.This paper focuses on the blending scheme of low sulfur marine fuel oil with sulfur content less than 0.5%produced by different crude oils,and puts forward the material balance measures for the production of low sulfur marine fuel oil.According to the market demand,it can stably produce 180#or 380#target products,which plays a reference significance for the production of similar enterprises.
