摘要
通过对锅炉本体防爆门泄漏起跳原因进行分析,结合设计图纸与现场实际情况对防爆门筒体及配重进行重新核算,以满足防爆门达到设计压力时起跳,使锅炉能够按照设计工况正常运行,避免防爆门泄漏起跳事件的发生,保证锅炉装置的高负荷运行,提供足够量的蒸汽,实现了预期的改造效果。
Based on the analysis of the reasons for the leakage and jump of the explosion-proof door of the boiler body,combined with the design drawings and the actual situation on site,this paper recalculates and designs the cylinder and counterweight of the explosion-proof door,so as to meet the jump when the explosion-proof door reaches the design pressure,so that the boiler can operate normally according to the design conditions,avoid the occurrence of the leakage and jump event of the explosion-proof door,and ensure the high load operation of the boiler device.Sufficient steam is provided to achieve the expected transformation effect.
