摘要
作为国内首创并运用专用轨回流技术的线路,宁波轨道交通4号线在列车高压电路的设计上进行了创新。基于尽可能减小对列车限界影响的原则,选择了上接触回流轨方式,以此确定列车回流器的基本参数;结合回流轨断区的特性,确定列车回流器的布置及数量。且因4号线列车的架大修需要采用走行轨回流方式转线至5号线车辆段,在列车高压电路的负极母线设置了走行轨与专用轨两种方式自动切换功能,并对专用轨回流列车负极母线与车体绝缘的检测进行分析。
As the first line using dedicated rail current return technology in China,Ningbo Rail Transit Line 4 has an innovative design of train ’s high-voltage circuit. On the basis of the principle of minimizing the impact on the vehicle gauge,the upper contact return current rail was selected,according to which to determine the basic parameters of the train return current device;the arrangement and quantity of the train return current device were determined in combination with the characteristics of the return current rail interrupt area. In addition,when overhauling the train on Line 4,it is necessary to transfer to the depot of Line 5 using the running rail return current mode, so the function of automatic switching between the running rail and dedicated return current rail was set for the negative bus of the train ’ s high-voltage circuit and the insulation detection between the train negative bus and car body were analyzed.
