摘要
从分子链结构、结晶、取向和分子间作用力等方面分析了影响聚合物本征导热系数的结构因素,总结了提升聚合物本征导热系数的一些方法,并对相关研究进行了展望。结果显示,通过聚合物合成阶段的分子结构设计、加工阶段的施加外场以及后期热处理等手段的合理控制,都可以使聚合物的本征导热系数得到有效提升,但大幅提高聚合物的本征导热能力还面临着巨大挑战。
In this paper,the structural factors affecting the intrinsic thermal conductivity of polymers were analyzed from the aspects of molecular chain structure,crystallization,orientation and intermolecular forces;the methods for improving the intrinsic thermal conductivity of polymers were summarized;and the related researches were prospected.The results show that the intrinsic thermal conductivity of polymers can be effectively improved through the rational control of the molecular structure design in the polymer synthesis stage,the application of the external field in the processing stage,and the heat treatment after the processing is completed.However,significantly improving the intrinsic thermal conductivity of polymers still faces great challenges.
