基于传感器技术的跳绳运动心肺功能自动监测方法

Automatic detection method of cardiopulmonary function in rope skipping based on sensor technology

摘要 针对现有心肺功能自动监测系统设备繁多,监测的信号易受干扰的问题,设计了一种以ST188传感器采集心率,STC89C52单片机计算心率,通过HC-06蓝牙进行通信传输的一种基于跳绳运动心肺功能自动监测系统。测试结果表明,所设计的跳绳运动心肺功能自动监测系统,具有体积小、易操作、监测精度高的特点,可实现实时自动监测用户跳绳运动中的安静心率、最高心率、间歇心率,有助于用户及其教练实时掌握并分析其跳绳运动情况,为用户制定科学合理的训练计划提供了参考。 Aiming at the problem that the existing automatic detection system of cardiopulmonary function has many equipment and the detected signal is easy to be disturbed,ST188 sensor and lm358 operational amplifier module are used as the heart rate acquisition module,the heart rate is calculated through STC89 C52 single chip microcomputer timer and counter,and transmitted to the mobile smartphone through hc-06 Bluetooth,An automatic detection system of cardiopulmonary function in rope skipping based on sensor technology is designed.The test results show that the designed automatic detection system of cardiopulmonary function of rope skipping has the characteristics of small volume,easy operation and high detection accuracy.It can realize real-time automatic detection of users’ quiet heart rate,maximum heart rate and intermittent heart rate in rope skipping,which is helpful for users and their training to master and analyze their rope skipping in real time,It provides a reference for users to formulate a scientific and reasonable training plan.
