术语是话语权建立中的重要一环。建立中国特色文化术语翻译标准化体系,旨在通过系统方法论指导,构建方法论、翻译策略、翻译方法及翻译技巧的术语方法论体系,规范翻译过程中的术语概念阐释、语言资源选择、术语翻译标准化过程以及术语传播与效应,基于中国特色术语的本质特征及术语传播的适应及需求,最终获得译名概念准确、语符得体与交际适用的规范化术语。术语翻译规范化的目的就是要掌握并实施术语解释、塑造和规范等话语功能,并最终掌握术语翻译自主权和话语权。

Terminology plays a vital role in forming discourse power.The establishment of translation standardization of cultural terms with Chinese characteristics aims to,through systematic methodology,builds a system of translation methodology,strategies,methods and skills,and to standardize the concept interpretation of terms,the selection of language resources,the standardization process of terms translation,and the communication and effect of terms in the rendering process.Based on the essential features of terms with Chinese characteristics and the adaptation and demand of term communication,standardized terminology accurately translated with appropriate language symbols and communicative applicability can finally be obtained.The purpose of terminology standardization is to master and implement discourse functions such as terminology interpretation,shaping and standardization,and finally take hold of the initiative in terminology translation and discourse power.
