摘要
为了获得各类保温结构外墙在不同供暖、制冷条件下的动态热响应特性,研究4种保温墙体的动态热响应特性测试。在某冬冷夏热区域钢混结构公共建筑的外墙上,构建4种不同保温结构墙体的测试试件,设置4种空调运行模式,在相同室外条件下测试4种墙体试件的内表面温度。在不同季节环境相同空调运行模式下,分析4种墙体动态热响应。测试结果表明,内保温结构墙体在空调运行初期,墙体内表面温度迅速升高,且温度响应系数较高,该种墙体结构动态热响应特性优于另三种外墙结构;不同季节下的内保温墙在夏季具有良好的隔热效果,外保温墙需要较长时间才能达到温度稳定且节能效果不佳。
The dynamic thermal response characteristics of four thermal insulation walls are studied to obtain the dynamic thermal response characteristics of various thermal insulation walls under different heating and cooling conditions. On the exterior wall of a steel-concrete structure public building in a cold winter and hot summer area, four test specimens of different thermal insulation structure walls are constructed, four air conditioning operation modes are set, the internal surface temperature of four wall specimens is tested under the same outdoor conditions, and the dynamic thermal response of four walls is analyzed under the same air conditioning operation mode in different seasons. The test results show that in the early stage of air conditioning operation, the inner surface temperature of the inner insulation wall increases rapidly, and the temperature response coefficient is high. The dynamic thermal response characteristics of this wall structure are better than the other three outer wall structures;The internal thermal insulation wall in different seasons has good thermal insulation effect in summer, while the external thermal insulation wall takes a long time to achieve temperature stability, and the energy-saving effect is poor.
