摘要
石墨烯是一种以碳原子sp^(2)杂化组成的二维新型材料,其特殊的六边形蜂窝状结构具有很多优异的物理特性,在热界面材料(TIMs)领域具有广阔的应用前景。三维石墨烯(3DGNs)具有固有的连续结构,相比二维石墨烯填料可以更高效地提高聚合物的导热系数。近年来,三维导热填料得到了广泛的关注,3DGNs复合导热材料也成为研究热点。介绍了3DGNs的主要制备方法,阐述了3DGNs与多种填料协同在导热复合材料中的应用,并对3DGNs复合导热材料的发展方向进行了展望。
Graphene(rGO)is 2 D material composed of carbon atom sp^(2) hybridization.Its special hexagonal honeycomb structure has many excellent physical properties,and it has road application prospect in the field of thermal interface material(TIM).Three-dimensional graphene(3 D rGO)has inherently continuous structure and can improve the thermal conductivity of the polymer more efficiently than 2 D rGO fillers.In recent years,3 D thermal conductivity filler has received extensive attention,and 3 D rGO composite thermal conductivity material has also become hot research topic.The main preparation methods of 3 D rGO were reviewed,and described the application of 3 D rGO and various fillers in thermal conductivity composites.Finally,the development direction of 3 D rGO composite thermal conductive materials was prospected.
