摘要
首先将废弃聚苯硫醚(PPS)过滤材料进行碱洗烘干处理,然后将处理后样品与热熔纤维网(PA)进行热风加固定型,制备多层吸音复合材料,并对复合材料的形态结构、力学性能以及吸音隔音性能进行研究。结果表明:碱洗处理过的废弃PPS滤料表面仍然残留微量粉尘颗粒,PPS纤维未出现明显的破损断裂现象;复合材料的经纬向断裂强力及断裂伸长率与层数呈正相关;在低频阶段复合材料的吸声系数与层数呈正相关,在高频阶段却呈现先升高后降低趋势,在6300Hz频率时,三层吸音复合材料吸音系数可达0.55;多层复合材料的隔声性能与层数呈正相关,在6300Hz频率时,五层吸音复合材料的声波传递损失可达32dB。
The waste polyphenylene sulfide(PPS) filter materials were treated by alkali washing and drying, and then the treated samples and hot-melt fiber mesh(PA) were reinforced by hot air to prepare multi-layer sound-absorbing composite materials.The morphology, mechanical properties, sound absorption and isolation properties of the composite materials were studied.The results shown that there were still a few dust particles on the surface of waste PPS filter after alkali washing, and PPS fiber did not appear obvious breakage phenomenon.The tensile strength and elongation at break of the composites were positively correlated with the number of layers.At low frequency, the sound absorption coefficient of the composite was positively correlated with the number of layers.But at high frequency, it first increased and then decreased.At 6300 Hz, the sound absorption coefficient of the three-layer composite can reach 0.55.At 6300 Hz, the sound transmission loss of the five layer sound-absorbing composite can reach 32 dB.
