摘要
为了提高氟化聚磷腈橡胶的力学性能,对其配方和硫化条件进行了研究。研究发现,硫化剂和硫化工艺对聚磷腈硫化胶的力学性能有显著影响。一段热压硫化温度为160℃时,用过氧化物和硫磺分别作为硫化剂的聚磷腈硫化胶最大抗拉强度可达7.9MPa和8.7MPa,断裂伸长率分别为155%和221%。而经过149℃二段热空气硫化后,用过氧化物和硫磺分别作为硫化剂的聚磷腈硫化胶最大抗拉强度达到了9.5MPa和10.7MPa,但断裂伸长率有所下降。将一段和二段硫化温度优化为140℃和149℃后,聚磷腈硫化胶的最大抗拉强度和断裂伸长率则可达10.2MPa和271%。
To improve the mechanical properties of fluorinated polyphosphazene rubber(FPZ),the vulcanization formula and process were studied.The results shown that the different vulcanization reagents and the vulcanization processes had great influence on the mechanical properties of the FPZ.Among them, the maximum tensile strength of FPZ(160℃) after peroxide and sulfur vulcanization reached 7.9 MPa and 8.7 MPa, respectively.The elongation at break reached 155% and 221%,respectively.When the secondary vulcanization process under 149℃ was introduced, the corresponding maximum tensile strength was able to reach 9.5 MPa and 10.7 MPa, respectively.However, the elongation at break of FPZ shown some reduction.After optimizing the first and second vulcanization temperatures to 140℃ and 149℃,the maximum tensile strength and elongation at break reach 10.2 MPa and 271%,respectively.
