在乡村振兴背景下,强化新生代农民继续教育工作既是完成全面建成小康社会目标的重要路径,也是促进新生代农民融入新型城镇的重要方式。新时代我国乡村振兴工作面临许多问题,解决新生代农民继续教育中存在的问题有助于促进新生代农民综合素质提升,加快乡村振兴进程。简述乡村振兴背景下新生代农民继续教育原则,提出继续教育内容与形式单一、政府资金投入不足、新生代农民精神生活庸俗化等问题。探究完善新生代农民继续教育制度、强化继续教育政策支持、构建健全的外部教育运行环境等对策,为新生代农民发展自我提供新思路。

In the context of rural revitalization,strengthening the continuing education of the new generation of farmers is an important way to complete the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,and it is also an important way to promote the integration of the new generation of farmers into new towns.In the new era,the rural revitalization in China faces many problems.Solving the problems existing in the continuing education of the new generation of farmers will help to improve the comprehensive qualities of the new generation of farmers and accelerate the process of rural revitalization.This article briefly describes the continuing education principles of the new generation of farmers under the background of rural revitalization,and puts forward the problems,such as simple content and form of continuing education,insufficient government funding,and the vulgarization of the spiritual life of the new generation of farmers and then it explores the countermeasures to improve the continuing education system for the new generation of farmers,strengthen the policy support for continuing education,and build a sound external education operating environment,to provide new ideas for the new generation of farmers to develop themselves.
