我国新时代高校终身教育体系建构策略研究

终身教育可以使人在一生中不断地学习接受来自社会中的教育,在人生中也有着很重要的陪伴作用,它不仅能跨越性别、年龄和种族,还能摆脱地域性和国家之间的限制,社会中的意识形态也被改变了,我们完全可以将终身教育看作一种新的教育理念。这种教育理念让人们知道如何生存、学习如何与人相处;它将社会中的机构容纳进来,将社会中不同类型和级别的人员也容纳进来,做到了对社会中所有成员的全面接纳。创建完整的教育系统,继而推动学习人员的全面素质和能力的进步。针对终身教育体系目前在高校教育中的不足进行了阐述,并以此对终身教育体系在未来高校的构建进行了分析:深化高校对终身教育系统的认知,确立了自己的性能和定位;实行高校制度改革,给予高校最大的自主权;以最快的方式创建“资历框架认证”体制,落地实行终身教育系统。

Lifelong education can enable people to continuously learn and receive education from the society throughout their life.It also plays a very important role of company in life.It can not only cross gender,age and race,but also get rid of the restrictions between regions and countries.The ideology of the society has also been changed.We can completely regard lifelong education as a new educational concept.This educational concept lets people know how to survive and learn how to get along with others.It accommodates the institutions in the society and people of different types and levels in the society,so as to achieve the full acceptance of all members of the society.A complete education system is created,and then promote the progress of all aspects of qualities and abilities of learners.This paper expounds the deficiencies of lifelong education system found in college education at present,and analyzes the construction of lifelong education system in colleges and universities in the future,deepens the cognition of the lifelong education system in colleges and universities,and establishes its own performance and positioning,so as to implement the reform of the college system and give colleges and universities the greatest autonomy,create a“qualification framework certification”system in the fastest way,and implement a lifelong education system.
