摘要
高校归国教师的思想政治素养是师资队伍建设的重要内容,对人才培养起到基础性和战略性的关键作用。根据该类教师的特点以及高校在思想政治培育过程中存在的问题,分析对其进行思想政治教育的必要性和迫切性,进而提出一系列对策:重视思想政治理论教育;加强组织领导,完善服务、培训和考核机制,创新实践方式和加强网络建设等。这些对策为加强和改进高校对归国教师的思想政治培育工作,打造一支高素质、品质过硬的教师队伍提供了保障。
The ideological and political quality of university teachers returning from abroad is an important part of the construction of the teaching staff,and plays a fundamental and strategic role in talent training.According to the characteristics of this type of teachers and the problems existing in the process of ideological and political cultivation in universities,the necessity and urgency of ideological and political education for them are analyzed,and a series of countermeasures are put forward:attaching importance to ideological and political theory education;strengthening organizational leadership,improving service,training and assessment mechanisms,innovating practice methods and strengthening network construction and so on.This provides a guarantee for strengthening and improving the ideological and political cultivation of teachers returning from abroad in universities,creating a high-quality and excellent teaching team.
