“双高计划”背景下高职院校职业培训质量提升路径研究

Research on the Quality Improvement Path of Vocational Training in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of“Double High Plan”

高职院校正在积极开展职业培训工作,探求提升职业培训质量的有效方法。职业教育的内涵、培养模式、意义既是教育主体探究的主要问题,也是近年来高职院校进行职业培训改革的主要依据。基于对“双高计划”的理解与对高职院校职业培训工作的研究,提出建设特色专业群、强化信息技术的支撑作用、鼓励不同主体协同合作等提升职业培训质量的技术路线。遵循技术路线的设计思路简述增加政府资源投入、提升职业培训教师队伍水平、构建职业培训运行机制等提升职业培训质量的有效路径,为高职院校提升职业培训质量、革新职业培训方式提供可行建议。

Vocational training is actively carried out and effective methods are explored to improve the quality of vocational training in higher vocational colleges.The connotation,training mode and significance of vocational education are the main problems studied by the subject of education,and also the main basis for vocational training reform in higher vocational colleges in recent years.Based on the understanding of the“Double High Plan”and the research on vocational training in higher vocational colleges,this paper proposes a technical route to improve the quality of vocational training,such as building characteristic professional groups,strengthening the supporting role of information technology,and encouraging collaboration between different subjects.Following the design ideas of the technical route this paper briefly describes the effective ways to increase the investment of government resources,improve the level of vocational training teachers,and build a vocational training operation mechanism to improve the quality of vocational training,so as to provide practical suggestions for higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of vocational training and innovate the vocational training mode.
