摘要
平原河网是中国最典型、最广泛水系,具有河流密布、湖泊众多、水域面广、水体总量大、经济发达、生物资源丰富的特点。本文以绍兴市镜湖新区为例,从“内源污染”“外源污染”等方面,分析了流域内存在水生态环境问题,以工程措施为主导,水生态修复为辅助手段,以“标本兼治、节水节能、环境影响最小、资源型、节约型、可持续性水环境”等为设计原则,运用新材料、新技术、新理念,从“水环境、水生态、水景观、水文化”四个方面,提出全流域统筹的全面综合治理方案。实现了流域内水体水质全面提升,最终打造了“水清岸绿、天蓝气净、城水相融、人水相亲”的现代水城典范,为以后同类型平原地区河网水质提升工程做出工程性探索。
Plain river network is the most typical and extensive water system in China. It has the characteristics of dense rivers, numerous lakes, wide water area, large total water volume, developed economy and rich biological resources.Taking Jinghu new district of Shaoxing City as an example, this paper analyzes the water ecological environment problems in the basin from the aspects of “internal pollution”and“external pollution”. Taking engineering measures as the leading factor, water ecological restoration as the auxiliary means, and taking“treat both the symptoms and root causes, water conservation and energy conservation, minimum environmental impact, resource-based, energy-saving and sustainable water environment”as the design principles, and using new materials, new technologies and new concepts, a comprehensive treatment plan for the whole basin is proposed from four aspects of“water environment, water ecology, water landscape and water culture”. The water quality in the basin has been comprehensively improved, and finally a modern water city model of“clear water, green shore, blue sky, clean air, urban water integration, and mutual affinity between people and water”has been created. This makes an engineering exploration for the water quality improvement project of river network in the same type of plain areas in the future.
