铁路钢桥面树脂沥青混凝土柔性防水保护层应用研究

摘要 铁路钢桥防水体系是影响桥梁服役耐久性能的重要因素,芜湖长江公铁大桥铁路桥采用了"钢板+环氧粘结碎石层(EBCL)层+树脂沥青粘结层+3cm树脂沥青混凝土RA+防水涂料"新型ER柔性防水保护层。以ER防水保护层为研究对象,从原材料、混合料设计、施工质量控制等方面对ER防水保护层进行研究。研究结果表明:ER防水保护层能够较好地弥补刚性防水保护层的缺陷,可有效解决铁路钢桥保护层易出现的渗水、滑移、开裂等问题。 The waterproof system of railway steel bridge is an important factor that affects the durability of the bridge in service.A new type of ER flexible waterproof protective layer of " steel plate + epoxy bonded crushed-rock layer( EBCL) + resin asphalt bonding layer + 3cm resin asphalt concrete RA + waterproof paint" is adopted for the railway bridge of Wuhu Yangtze river highway and railway bridge.Taking the ER waterproof protective layer as the research object,the ER waterproof protective layer is studied from the aspects of raw materials,mixture design,construction quality control and so on.The research results show that:the ER waterproof protective layer can better make up for the defects of the rigid waterproof protective layer and effectively solve the problems of water seepage,sliding and cracking of the protective layer of railway steel bridges.
