摘要
制备了阳离子水性聚氨酯,并对钠基蒙脱土(Na-MMT)进行插层处理得到聚氨酯功能化的有机蒙脱土(OMMT),经两步原位聚合法制备了蒙脱土/聚氨酯纳米弹性体。利用FTIR、XRD、TG、TEM、SEM等手段表征和分析了OMMT结构和性能及其对聚氨酯脲弹性体的复合效果,结果表明:经聚氨酯大分子链插层改性后的OMMT层间距显著扩大且稳定,同时表面呈现一定的亲油性。联合“原位”变温红外分析与变温力学性能测试技术对聚氨酯弹性体进行表征分析,构建聚氨酯的氢键化作用和力学性能之间的辩证关系及OMMT粒子的纳米效应。
Polyurethane functionalized organic montmorillonite(OMMT)was prepared by intercalation modification of sodium montmorillonite(Na-MMT)with self-made cationic waterborne polyurethane resin.Montmorillonite/polyurethane hybrid elastomer was prepared by in-situ polymerization.FTIR,XRD,TG,TEM and SEM were used to characterize and analyze the structure and properties of OMMT and its compounding effect on polyurethane urea elastomer.The results show that the interlayer spacing of OMMT Modified by polyurethane macromolecular chain intercalation is significantly expanded and stable,and the surface becomes lipophilic.The Temperature-dependent FTIR and temperature-dependent mechanical test were combined to characterize and analyze the polyurethane elastomer.The dialectical relationship between hydrogen bonding and mechanical properties of polyurethane and the nano effect of OMMT particles were constructed.
