喷水推进泵水力性能试验台流量自动控制技术

摘要 针对喷水推进泵水力性能试验台流量控制自动化程度低、控制精度差、试验效率低等问题,研究了影响流量控制精度因素,开发了高精度全自动流量闭环控制技术,设计了喷水推进泵流量控制系统。该系统由被试泵模块、流量测量模块、流量调节模块、控制模块及循环管路组成,通过流量测定、计算判断、粗调和微调,将喷水推进泵流量自动控制至各目标流量,提高了流量控制精度及试验效率。 Aiming at the problems of low automation level of flow control,poor control accuracy and low efficiency,the internal structure of piston type flow control valve and the influence factors of flow control accuracy and automatically high precision flow closed-loop control technology are studied.Based on the hydraulic performance test bench of waterjet propulsion pump,the flow control system of the waterjet propulsion pump is developed by means of the combination with hardware and software.The system is composed of the participants pump module,flow measurement module,flow adjustment module,control module and circulation pipeline.Through the four links of flow collection,calculation and judgment,rough and fine tuning,the flow of the waterjet propulsion pump is automatically controlled,and all targets are realized,which not only releases labor force,but also improves the flow control accuracy and test efficiency.
