摘要 “专业实践综合设计”以电工学为基础,融合了电子、机械、材料等多学科知识,以电子产品设计为载体,将任务与要求作为驱动,把培养学生综合实践能力作为目标。课程开发高速PCB信号完整性分析与设计实验项目,在传统PCB设计方法的基础上,结合信号完整性理论,运用SIwave、Design和HFSS仿真软件,提出新型PCB设计方法。该实验项目的综合性、实用性较强,有助于激发学生的学习兴趣、拓展学生的知识结构、增强学生的综合实践能力。 The course of“Comprehensive Design of Professional Practice”is based on electrotechnics,and electronics,mechanics,materials and other disciplines are integrated into it.The design of electronic products is taken as the carrier,tasks and requirements are as the driving force,and the goal of the course is to cultivate the comprehensive practical ability of students.The high-speed PCB signal integrity analysis and design experiment is developed.Based on the traditional PCB design method,a new PCB design method is summarized,which combines with the signal integrity theory,and the simulation software of SIwave,Design and HFSS is used.The project is comprehensive and practical,which can stimulate students’interest in learning,expand their structure of knowledge and enhance their comprehensive practical ability.
