摘要
为了适应当前行业和先进技术的发展,满足新技术应用下行业及企业高素质人才的需求,采用工业级的自动输送机器人为教学平台的基础载体,采用物联网、自动化、智能、自动识别等先进技术,引入工程技术、信息技术和工业工程方法,设计并建设了基于实景应用的智能生产实验教学平台。提出了“教、学、做、用、研、创”六位一体的实验教学模式,开发了综合实验课程,并进行了教学实践。此平台集成了多种元素,具有专业特色,并为学生提供了探索新生产模式的途径。
In order to adapt to the development of the current industries and advanced technology,and meet the needs of high-quality talents in the industries and enterprises under the application of new technology,industrial-level automatic conveying robots are employed as basic carriers of the teaching platform.Using advanced technologies such as Internet of Things,automation,intelligence and automatic identification,and engineering technology,information technology and industrial engineering methods are introduced.An intelligent production experimentation platform based on real-world scenario application is designed and constructed.New experimental teaching system of"teaching,learning,doing,using,researching and innovation"is proposed.A comprehensive experimental course has been developed and teaching practice has been carried out.This platform integrates multiple elements,includes professional features,and provides students with an approach to explore innovative production systems.
