摘要
针对外贸外语类专业人才培养中存在与产业链对接不紧密,协同育人模式单一,外贸外语类学生专业实践能力和职业素养得不到有效提升,难以满足地方产业发展对外贸外语人才的需求。为了改变这一现状,学校基于国内外“双协同育人”理念和平台,探索外贸外语类专业产业学院建设,完善产业学院组织机构和管理机制,建立跨学科专业、跨国界的产业学院人才培养模式并付诸实践,从而突破文科专业传统的产教融合、校企协同育人模式,实现平台资源共享。实践表明,该模式有利于促进外贸外语专业人才培养质量提升,可为外贸外语类专业建设提供借鉴。
With simplistic cooperative education model,foreign trade and foreign language majors’talents cultivation is not closely connected with the industrial chain,which are not conductive to effectively improve talents’professional practice ability and professional quality,and can’t meet the needs of local industry development on foreign trade and foreign language talents.To solve this problem,this research explores the construction of industry college for foreign trade and foreign language majors to improve the organizational structure and management mechanism of industry colleges,and establish an interdisciplinary professional and cross-border talent training model for industrial colleges based on the domestic and foreign“double cooperative education”concept and platform,and put this model into practice,which help to make breakthroughs the traditional production-education integration and school-enterprise collaborative education model of liberal arts majors,and realize resource sharing in cooperative education platform.And the practice shows that this model greatly facilitate the comprehensive improvement of foreign trade and foreign language majors’talent training quality,which can provide a reference for the construction of foreign trade and foreign language majors.
