摘要
高水平的实验技术队伍是新时期高校学科建设和创新人才培养的重要保障。分析了高校实验技术队伍人员编制不足、岗位职责不明、职称结构不均、业务培训不够等问题的成因,结合华侨大学实验技术队伍建设的实践,探索科学合理的定编定岗测算办法。并在此基础上,通过制定编制增补计划、构建分类管理模式、改进职称晋升体系、强化职业发展规划等路径,推动高校实验技术队伍发展建设。
High-level laboratory technical teams is an important guarantee for constructing subjects and cultivating innovative talents in universities in the new era.It systematically analyzed the causes of insufficient staffing of experimental technical teams in universities.It includes unclear job responsibilities,uneven structure of titles and insufficient business training.Combining with the practice of the construction of the experimental technical team of Huaqiao University,thispaperexplores scientific and reasonable methods for fixing work posts and defining personnel quota.And on this basis,it promotes the development and construction of experimental technical teams in universities by formulating supplementary plans for work posts,constructing classified management models,improving title promotion system,and strengthening career development planning.
