上海市大型科学仪器设备开放共享现状分析与对策 被引量:5

摘要 大型科学仪器设备在社会生产技术和经济发展过程中提供着重要的支撑作用,促进大型科学仪器设备资源的优化配置和综合利用,推动大型科学仪器设备开放共享已经成为时代主旋律。通过问卷调研与现状分析发现,虽然上海在推进大型科学仪器设备开放共享工作方面取得了一些成效,但仍然存在整体智能化水平偏低、缺少统一衡量评价标准、面临其他共享管理平台竞争等问题与挑战。从优化仪器设备工作机时获取与利用、完善仪器设备分类标准、推动构建上海大型仪器共享物联数字化平台等角度提出了对策与建议,以期进一步提升上海大型科学仪器设备开放共享能级与服务水平,为上海建设全球科创中心提供强有力的科技支撑。 Large-scale scientific instruments and equipment play an important supporting role in the process of social production technology and economic development.In order to promote the optimal allocation and comprehensive utilization of large-scale scientific instruments and equipment resources,promoting the open sharing of large-scale scientific instruments and equipment has become the main theme of the era.Through questionnaire survey and current situation analysis,it is found that although Shanghai has made some achievements in promoting the open sharing of large-scale scientific instruments and equipment,there are still some problems and challenges,such as low overall intelligence level,lack of unified measurement and evaluation standards,competition from other sharing management platforms and so on.This article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of optimizing the acquisition and utilization of working machine time of instruments and equipment,perfecting the classification standards of instruments and equipment,and promoting the construction of Shanghai large-scale instrument sharing IOT digital platform.It is expected to further improve the open sharing energy level and service level of large-scale scientific instruments and equipment in Shanghai,and provide strong scientific and technological support for the construction of a global scientific and technological innovation center in Shanghai.
