摘要
对邯钢8号高炉出铁倒场模式的优化进行了总结。8号高炉采用对角铁口交替出铁、2用2备的传统出铁倒场模式,出铁倒场过程中不够安全、环保,且影响炉况顺行,产量损失也较大。优化后的出铁倒场模式,采用2个正常深度铁口带1个新铁口,并与预开铁口置换炮泥相结合,出铁倒场过程中安全、环保,且对炉况顺行的影响降低到零,对产量损失的影响也降低到零。
The optimization of taphole switchover mode in Handan Steel No.8 is summarized.The furnace adopts the conventional tapping mode of 2 diagonal tapholes working and 2 standby altermatively.Such switchover process is not safe nor environmentally friendly,and it also affects the smooth running of the furnace,resulting in heavy production loss.For the optimized switchover mode,2 tapholes of normal runway depth operate together with 1 new taphole,cooperated by the mud gun used for the pre-drilled taphole;and this switchover operation features safe and environmentally friendly with the adverse influence to the smooth running of the furnace and production output dropped to zero.
