摘要
采用XRF、光学显微镜、SEM-EDS等对涟钢8号高炉炉缸炭砖进行了分析。结果表明:①炭砖渗铁层蚀损最多,主要由铁水渗透引起;②炭砖脆化层蚀损较多,主要由炉内渗人的Zn形成Zn,SiO.而造成破坏;③环裂层炭砖蚀损不大,主要是受碱金属K的侵害;④炭砖中段没有受到明显的侵蚀与破坏;③炭砖冷端中大小颗粒均保留得相当完好。
The carbon bricks lined on No.8 BF hearth were analyzed by using XRF,optical microscope,SEM-EDS,etc.The analysis results indicates:(1)The carbon bricks suffer erosion damage mostly caused by the penetration of hot metal;(2)The carbon brick erosion damage is always embodied by formation of embritlement layer,which is mainly caused by the penetrated Zn that will generate Zn,Si,through reaction;(3)The ring cracks are not found seriously on the carbon bricks,and such erosion damage is mainly led by alkali metal K;(4)The middle section of the carbon bricks is not obviously eroded;(5)The particles of carbon bricks on the cold surface are well preserved.
