The coke flling type blow ff operation practiced in Delong Steel No.2 BF is summarized.By working out a detailed blow ffscheme,executing delicacy management and operation,keeping the furnace top temperature below 300℃,and controling the blast flow rate below 1900 m^(3)/min during blow offoperation,the stockline of the furnace is lowered down rapidly and the crude gas gets fully recovered,The blow ff operation lasts 8 h and 4 min.The novel raking tool developed speeds up the raking operation,relieves the cast house operator from heavy labor intensity,and enables the stockline being lowered down to the tuyere centerline level only in 22 hours.
