摘要
对酒钢7号高炉人炉有害元素的变化及操作对策进行了总结。在高碱金属、高硫条件下,7号高炉操作制度的调整对策是:装料制度调整要点是布料模式、批重及料序;送风制度调整要点是缩短风口长度、增加进风面积;造渣制度调整要点是适当降低炉渣碱度;热制度调整要点是适当提高风温,保持炉缸热量充沛。通过基本操作制度的调整,排锌率、排碱率逐步上升,主要技术经济指标明显改善。
The variation of harmful element content in Jiuquan Steel No.7 BF and operational solutions are summarized.Facing the conditions of high base metal and high sulfur content metal,the countermeasures taken in the furnace operation include:(1)Adjustments in stock distribution mode,batch weight and stock charging sequence;(2)Shortening of tuyere and increasing of air inlet area;(3)Reducing of the slag basicity appropriately;(4)Increase of blast temperature to ensure sufficient quantity of heat in the hearth.These adjustments made in the basic operating system result in gradual improvement in zinc and alkali removal rate,and significant improvement of main techno-economic indicators.
