电动汽车电控部件铸模设计与试验分析

摘要 阐述电控壳体零部件多数采用ADC12铝合金材质,是纯电动汽车中十分重要的部件,其壁厚不均匀且主壁厚度为1.8mm,压铸难度较大。依照电控壳体零部件尺寸与形状特征,选取800t压铸件,并设置好关键参数,再从分型面设计、浇筑与排溢系统设计两个方面,探讨压铸模的设计,试验验证了设计方案与工艺的合理性与可行性。 This paper describes that most of the components of the electronic control housing are made of ADC12 Aluminum alloy, which is a very important component in pure electric vehicles. Its wall thickness is uneven and the main wall thickness is 1.8 mm, so it is difficult to die cast. According to the size and shape characteristics of the parts of the electric control housing, 800 tons of die castings are selected, and the key parameters are set. Then the design of the die casting mold is discussed from two aspects: the design of the parting surface and the design of the pouring and overflow system. The rationality and feasibility of the design scheme and process are verified by experiments.
