摘要
阐述数字化技术应用的特点和应用实践,提出加大投入完善数字化基础设施建设平民化、便民化,建立长效学习机制多方参与给予老年群体使用数字化电子设备应用的帮助。
This paper expounds the characteristics and application practice of the application of digital technology, and puts forward to increase investment, improve the construction of digital infrastructure, make it civilian and convenient, establish a long-term learning mechanism, and participate in the application of digital electronic equipment for the elderly.
