理工科大学生科学家精神培育现状及路径研究——基于600位理工科大学生的调查 被引量:3

摘要 在科技强国、人才强国的大背景下,科学家精神被赋予新的时代内涵与价值,理工科大学生的成长成才需要科学家精神的引领。对600位理工科大学生的问卷调查结果显示,目前理工科大学生科学家精神的培育表现出“两高两低一不足”的特征,即精神认同度高,内涵认知率低;受教方期望高,施教方供给低;培育实效性不足。需要从环境塑造、意识革新、课堂解码、文化涵养及实践导航五个方面加强对理工科大学生科学家精神的培育。 Under the background of science and technology power and talent power,scientists spirit has been given a new connotation and value of the times,and the growth of science and engineering college students needs the guidance of Scientist Spirit.The results of a questionnaire survey on 600 science and engineering college students show that the cultivation of scientist spirit of science and engineering college students shows the characteristics of"two high,two low and one insufficient"——high degree of spiritual identification,low rate of connotation recognition;the expectation of the students is high,the supply of the teaching side is low;the effectiveness of cultivation is insufficient.It is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of scientist spirit of science and engineering college students from five aspects:environment shaping,consciousness innovation,classroom decoding,culture conservation and practice navigation.
