摘要
新修订的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》中关于“职业教育是与普通教育具有同等重要地位的教育类型”的法律界定,是这次职教法修订中最突出的一个亮点,它为新的职业教育法律体系建设筑牢了一块最重要的基石。“职业教育是与普通教育具有同等重要地位的教育类型”是加快发展现代职业教育面临的时代性命题,具有十分丰富的教育改革理论和实践内涵,在落实工作中需要多方努力不断开拓创新。
The legal definition in the newly revised Vocational Education Law of the People’s Republic of China clarifies that “vocational education is an education type with the same important status as general education”is the most prominent highlight in this revision of the Vocational Education Law. The construction of the new vocational education legal system has laid a solid foundation.“Vocational education is an education type that has the same important status as general education”is a proposition of the times faced by accelerating the development of modern vocational education. It has very rich educational reform theories and practical connotations. In the implementation of the work, many efforts are required to continuously develop and innovate.
