小尺寸TS-1的合成及其催化油酸甲酯环氧化 被引量:1

摘要 为高效催化大尺寸油酸甲酯(MO)环氧化反应制备绿色增塑剂环氧油酸甲酯(EMO),采用水热法合成了钛硅沸石(TS-1)和纯硅沸石(S-1),进一步利用水蒸气辅助晶化法成功制备了小尺寸纳米TS-1(TS-1-s)和S-1(S-1-s)催化剂。重点考察了TS-1-s催化剂合成过程中溶胶干燥温度、固液质量比、水蒸气晶化温度和晶化时间对其微观结构和催化油酸甲酯环氧化反应性能的影响。采用XRD、N_(2)吸附-脱附、UV-Vis、SEM、TEM对TS-1-s催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,相较于传统大尺寸TS-1催化剂(MO转化率为39.20%,EMO选择性为82.56%),TS-1-s催化剂表现出更优异的催化性能(MO转化率为53.58%,EMO选择性为85.48%)。 In order to efficiently catalyze the epoxidation of large size methyl oleate(MO)to green plasticizer epoxidized methyl oleate(EMO),small size nano-catalysts titanium silicalite-1(TS-1-s)and silicalite-1(S-1-s)were successfully prepared via steam-assisted crystallization of TS-1 and S-1 zeolites,which were synthesized by hydrothermal method.The effects of sol drying temperature,solid to liquid mass ratio,steam-assisted crystallization temperature as well as time on the microstructure and performance of catalyst TS-1-s were thoroughly investigated.Furthermore,the catalysts were characterized by XRD,N_(2) adsorption-desorption,UV-Vis,SEM and TEM.The results indicated that TS-1-s,with MO conversion rate53.58%and EMO selectivity 85.48%,exhibited better catalytic performance in comparison to traditional large size TS-1,which had a MO conversion rate of 39.20%and EMO selectivity of 82.56%.
