摘要
为了满足板间印制电路信号传输领域的新需求,展开了印制电路板(PCB)用可拆卸压接式电缆组件的研制。通过耐高温耐高压全氟乙烯丙烯共聚物(FEP)绝缘单芯电线、鹰爪式可拆卸压接式端子、2.54mm节点间距的矩形连接器、带端子插杆的紧固件、自锁机构和防误插机构的设计,确保该PCB用可拆卸压接式电缆组件满足小体积、大电流、高可靠等设计要求。经检测,该电缆组件的电缆外径1.6mm、端子间距2.54mm、传输电流10A、绝缘电阻≥1.5×10^(5) MΩ·km、接触电阻<10mΩ、介质耐电压≥1.2kV,已达到国外同类产品技术水平。
In order to meet the new requirements in the field of printed circuit signal transmission between boards,the development of detachable crimping cable assembly for PCB is carried out.Through the design of high temperature and high voltage resistant FEP insulated single core wire,eagle-claw detachable crimping terminal,rectanglar connector with 2.54mm node spacing,fastener with terminal inserting rod,self-locking mechanism and anti-misinsertion mechanism,it is ensured that the detachable crimping cable assembly for PCB meets the design requirements of small volume,high current and high reliability.After testing,the cable outer diameter of the cable assembly is 1.6mm,the terminal spacing is 2.54mm,the transmission current is 10A,the insulation resistance shall not be less than 1.5×10^(5) MΩ·km,contact resistance is less than 10mΩ,and dielectric withstand voltage shall not be less than 1.2kV.The cable assembly has the technical level of similar products abroad.
