摘要
“三全育人”是职业院校提高人才培养质量,全面落实“立德树人”根本任务的重要举措。在当前全面推进职业教育高质量发展的关键阶段,职业院校“三全育人”实践存在着协同性不足、耦合性不强、实效性欠佳等现实困境。在马克思主义人的全面发展理论、系统论、协同论三大理论支持下,从导入需求期望、发挥系统集成、提升协同效用等方面采取措施,优化职业院校“三全育人”质量提升的实践路径。
The policy of“Three-dimensional Comprehensive Education”is an important measure to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of vocational colleges and fully implement the fundamental task of“cultivating morality and cultivating people”in education.At the current critical stage of promoting the high-quality development of vocational education in an all-round way,it is particularly important to explore the quality of“three comprehensive education”in vocational colleges.From the core,key,and fundamental dimensions of the policy,the connotation of the quality improvement of“Three-dimensional Comprehensive Education”policy in vocational colleges is reviewed.However,the current policy practice of“Three-dimensional Comprehensive Education”in vocational colleges has practical difficulties such as insufficient coordination,weak coupling and poor effectiveness.Based on the support of three major theoretical motivation with Marxist theory of human development,system theory and synergy,some measures have been taken from the aspects of importing demand expectations,exerting system integration,and enhancing synergy to optimize the practice paths of improving the quality of vocational colleges.
