风车采集技术在肩关节核磁共振检查中的应用价值 被引量:2

Application Value of Multivane XD Technology in Shoulder MRI

摘要 目的评估3.0 T MRI风车采集(MVXD)序列在肩关节MRI检查中减少伪影、提高整体图像质量的应用价值。方法对20例接受肩关节MRI检查的患者分別在平静呼吸无移动、胸式深大呼吸、肩部运动负荷3种模拟情况下使用常规T_(2)WI快速自旋回波脂肪抑制序列(T_(2)WI/FSE)和MVXD T_(2)WI脂肪抑制序列(MVXD T_(2)WI/FSE)扫描,并比较3种模拟情况下两种序列图像质量的综合评分、对消除图像伪影的效力。结果MVXD T_(2)WI/FSE扫描技术消除图像各种运动伪影效力、显示冈上肌边缘锐利度、图像质量均优于常规T_(2)WI/FSE扫描技术,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规的T_(2)WI/FSE序列相比,用于肩部MRI的MVXD T_(2)WI/FSE技术能够显著减低呼吸、血管搏动及肩部运动产生的伪影,从而更好的显示肩关节解剖结构细节,提高图像整体质量。 Objective To evaluate the application value of 3.0 T mri windmill acquisition(mvxd)sequence in reducing artifacts and improving the overall image quality in shoulder MRI.Methods Twenty patients who underwent shoulder MRI were scanned with conventional T_(2)WI weighted fast spin echo fat suppression sequence(T_(2)WI/FSE)and windmill acquisition(mvxd,T_(2)WI/FSE)under three simulated conditions:calm breathing without movement,chest deep breathing and shoulder exercise load.The comprehensive score of image quality and the effectiveness of eliminating image artifacts in three simulation cases are compared.Results mvxd T_(2)WI/FSE scanning technology was superior to conventional T_(2)WI/FSE scanning technology in eliminating various motion artifacts,displaying the edge sharpness of supraspinatus muscle and image quality(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional T_(2)WI/FSE sequence,mvxd T_(2)WI/FSE technology for shoulder magnetic resonance imaging can significantly reduce the artifacts caused by respiration,vascular pulsation and shoulder movement,so as to better display the anatomical details of shoulder joint and improve the overall image quality.
