摘要
目的探讨心血管介入手术室专科护士有效的培训方法及培训管理模式,以培养心血管介入手术室专科护士的能力及提高培训质量。方法根据介入手术室护士胜任特模型和心血管专科护士核心能力评价指标体系内容,设置培训课程,对56名心血管介入手术室专科护士进行为期6 w的专科理论培训和临床实践培训,并分别在培训前后对学员进行考核。结果心血管介入手术室护士培训前后考核成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),学员对改进后的培训管理满意度提高。结论以提高专科护士能力为目的,合理安排培训内容、实施培训质量动态管理、严格考核制度是保证和不断提高心血管介入手术室专科护士培训质量的有效举措。
Objective To explore the effective training method and training management model for cardiovascular interventional operating room nurses,in order to develop the competency of cardiovascular interventional operating room nurses and improve the quality of training.Methods According to the competency model of nurses in the interventional operating room and the core competence evaluation index system of cardiovascular specialist nurses,a training course was set up.A total of 56 specialized nurses in the cardiovascular interventional operating room were trained in the theory of specialty and clinical practice for 6 weeks,and the trainees were assessed before and after training.Results The differences of assessment scores of cardiovascular interventional operating room nurses before and after training were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the trainees were more satisfied with the improved training management.Conclusions In order to improve the ability of specialist nurses,reasonable arrangement of training content,implementation of dynamic management of training quality and strict assessment system are effective measures to ensure and continuously improve the training quality of specialist nurses in cardiovascular intervention operating room.
