老年性后循环缺血性眩晕症患者应用本体觉训练和前庭功能训练的效果

Effect of proprioceptive training and vestibular function training in senile patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo

目的探讨老年性后循环缺血性眩晕症患者应用本体觉训练和前庭功能训练的效果。方法选取2018年12月至2020年12月济南市中心医院收治的老年性后循环缺血性眩晕症患者118例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组各59例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,试验组患者在此基础上实施本体觉训练与前庭功能训练干预。观察并比较两组患者的眩晕程度、平衡功能及生活质量情况。结果实施本体觉训练和前庭功能训练干预后,试验组患者的眩晕障碍量表(DHI-S)评分均显著低于对照组患者,试验组患者的Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分显著高于对照组患者,试验组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论将本体觉训练与前庭功能训练干预应用于老年性后循环缺血性眩晕症患者中,可显著降低患者眩晕症状程度,改善患者的平衡功能,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of applying proprioceptive and vestibular function training in elderly patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods A total of 118 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were divided into 59 cases each in the control group and the experimental group using the random number table method.Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing interventions,while patients in the experimental group were given proprioceptive and vestibular function training interventions on this basis.The degree of vertigo,balance function and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were observed and compared.Results After the implementation of proprioceptive and vestibular function training,the Dizziness Handicap Inventory Scale(DHI-S)scores of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the Berg balance scale(BBS)scores of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the quality of life scores of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions Applying proprioceptive and vestibular function training interventions to elderly patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo can significantly reduce the degree of vertigo symptoms,improve the patients'balance function and the patients'quality of life.
