基于思维导图的个体化护理对母婴同室新生儿低血糖的预防作用

Prevention of neonates hypoglycemia of mother-infant in the same room with individualized care based on mind mapping

目的研究基于思维导图的个体化护理预防母婴同室新生儿低血糖的作用。方法收集复旦大学附属妇产科医院2020年1月至2021年3月收治的108例母婴同室产妇、新生儿的临床资料,根据新生儿出生先后顺序分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规护理(56例),观察组给予基于思维导图的个体化护理(52例),比较两组新生儿低血糖发生率、新生儿不同时段血糖值、产妇知识掌握程度。结果观察组新生儿低血糖发生率略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组新生儿出生2 h、4 h、6 h血糖均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇知识掌握评估问卷中新生儿护理、产后营养与卫生、母乳喂养技巧、乳房护理方法、产后康复活动评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于思维导图的个体化护理可有效预防母婴同室新生儿低血糖,稳定新生儿血糖,提高产妇知识掌握程度和护理满意度。

Objective To study the prevention of neonates hypoglycemia of mother-infant in the same room with individualized care based on mind mapping.Methods The clinical data of 108 maternal and neonatal cases admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were collected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the birth order of the newborns.The control group was given conventional care(56 cases),and the observation group was given individualized care based on thinking map(52 cases).The incidence of hypoglycemia,the blood glucose values of newborns at different time periods,and the degree of maternal knowledge of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the blood glucose of neonates in the observation group at 2 h,4 h and 6 h of birth was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of neonatal care,postpartum nutrition and hygiene,breastfeeding skills,breast care methods,and postpartum rehabilitation activities in the maternal knowledge mastery assessment questionnaire in the observation group were higher than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Individualized care based on mind mapping can effectively prevent neonatal hypoglycemia of mother-infant in the same room,stabilize neonatal blood glucose,and improve maternal knowledge mastery and nursing satisfaction.
