乌龙江特大桥门式墩钢盖梁上跨既有线拼装施工研究 被引量:1

摘要 以乌龙江特大桥为例,分析其3#墩、4#墩跨越既有铁路线(杭深线)拼装施工过程。乌龙江特大桥为门式墩钢盖梁设计,所跨既有线(杭深线)为电气化铁路,该线路行车速度快且密度大,现场拼装施工空间及封锁时间有限,钢梁跨度大,钢盖梁重185 t,自重大,拼装施工及安全控制难度大,是福平铁路中的重难点控制性工程。为此,提出钢盖梁分段预制,并采用450 t履带吊+200 t汽车吊进行钢立柱及钢盖梁拼装,并严格控制各环节时间,最终3#墩、4#墩钢盖梁吊装施工均控制在180 min内,如期保质地完成了施工任务。乌龙江特大桥钢盖梁的拼装成功达到了世界领先水平,可以为类似桥梁工程施工提供参考。 Taking the Wulong River Bridge as object,the assembly process of its 3#and 4#piers spanning the existing railway line(Hangshen Line)was introduced and analyzed in this paper.The Wulong River Bridge is designed with portal pier steel cover beam,and the existing line(Hangzhou-Shenzhen line)spanned by it is an electrified railway,which has fast driving speed and high density,so the construction space and blocking time for on-site assembly are limited.The span of the steel beam is large,and the steel cover beam is heavy,weighing 185 t,so the assembly construction and safety control are difficult,and it is a difficult control project in the Fuping Railway.For this reason,it was proposed to prefabricate the steel cover beam in sections,and use the 450 t crawler crane+200 t truck crane to assemble the steel column and the steel cover beam,and strictly control the time of each link and.finally the hoisting construction of 3#pier and 4#pier steel cover beam were all controlled within 180 minutes,the construction task was ensured to be completed on schedule.The assembly of steel cover beams of the Wulong River Bridge has successfully reached the world s leading level.It is hoped that this study can provide a valuable reference for similar bridge construction.
