针对如今激烈复杂的竞争环境,高等院校想要持续稳定地发展,关键在于能否结合内外部优势,扬长避短,规划出正确的学科建设发展战略。运用企业战略分析方法,综合分析出高校内外部的优势和劣势、机会和挑战,结合质量功能展开法和发明问题解决理论技术规划出有助于高校学科发展和提升高校办学层次和水平的发展战略,并对形成的战略进行综合分析,将战略按比重由高到低进行排序。

In regard to the current fierce and complex competitive environment,the key to the sustainable and stable development of universities lies in whether they can combine internal and external advantages,foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,and plan correct discipline construction and development strategies.The SWOT method was used to comprehensively analyze the internal and external advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges,and then combined with QFD and TRIZ techniques,a development strategy that is conductive to the discipline development of universities and to improve the administrative levels of universities was proposed.The proposed strategy was comprehensively analyzed and sorted from high to low according to their proportions.
